MEDCOM at Hannover Messe 2017

We would like to invite all our partners and customers, as well as companies and institutions interested in establishing cooperation with MEDCOM to Hannover, Germany to visit us at the Hannover Messe 2017 between 24 and 28 April.

The Hannover Messe is one of the biggest and most important industrial fairs in the world. This year, the organisers are expecting more than 6,500 exhibitors from several dozen countries and about 200,000 visitors. Poland is the event’s partner country and MEDCOM will present its offering in the Polish exhibition pavilion located in the main hall of the fair complex (hall 3, stand E04).

“We are participating in the Hannover Messe as exhibitors for the fourth time. This time, we will present our chargers for electric buses and products for the public transport manufactured using the SiC technology. Fairs such as the Hannover Messe and Innotrans, where we are also present, are a chance for us to promote our proprietary solutions and the opportunity to establish new business contacts. The German market is surely very difficult and competitive, but each year, it is becoming more and more open to cooperation with foreign companies and we want to use this opportunity. Our drive systems were installed, among others, in the Solaris electric buses purchased by Hannover, Hamburg, Dresden, and Oberhausen. We also deliver our proprietary solutions for the Link series diesel multiple units (DMU) manufactured by PESA for German railway operators and supply converters for trams in Bonn, currently under modernisation by the SWB carrier. Moreover, MEDCOM has been cooperating with the world’s largest producers of rolling stock for years now, including Siemens, for which it is a certified supplier. Currently, we are also working on obtaining the status of a certified supplier of power electronics components (static converters, traction inverters for chargers) for Deutsche Bahn,” says Joanna Nichthauser, MEDCOM.
